Part 4/5 Restore the Partnership Congressional Briefing - Transportation. NACo held its second Restore the Partnership Congressional Briefing June 22, 2009 in the Dirksen Senate Office Building. The issue: counties' role in the country's transportation system. Participating were: NACo Legislative Director Edwin Rosado; Alameda County, Calif. Supervisor Scott Haggerty, who chairs NACos Transportation Committee; and Dunn County, Wis. Supervisor Dan Fedderly, who chairs NACos subcommittee on highways.
